Did you know there are three distinct types of sleepers? Your sleeper type revolves around how you sleep at night. The three types of sleepers are back, side, and stomach sleepers. Which are you? How do you tell?

It's not that hard to tell what type of sleeper you are, but you being educated on which type of pillow to use is important to your sleeper type. Pillows can directly affect your sleep due to the way you sleep. If you are a stomach sleeper, you do not want a super-firm pillow that doesn't have much "give". Your neck will be contorted and bent all night, causing some pretty horrible stiffness and pain in your neck every morning.
