That is why we offer each customer who purchases a mattress a risk-free, 120 night trial period to take it for a spin and see if it works! If it doesn't, we will have it picked up at your home and you will receive a full refund, no questions asked. In a world of no return policies on mattresses from Brick and Mortar stores, buying a mattress online from eLuxury is now the best way to get a great product with a great return policy. Another great part of the return policy is this: If your mattress doesn't work for you, it will be donated to those in need. We donate all of our used mattresses to shelters and different charitable organizations throughout the country.
Need a Mattress Return Set Up? It's Easy!

If you decide that you need us to begin a mattress return, all that you need to do is contact our Customer Service team within your 120 day trial period and our search for a local charity will begin. We work with many charities around the United States such as The Salvation Army, St. Vincent de Paul, the YMCA Catholic Charities, the YWCA, United Caring Services, ECHO Housing Corp., and many other small local shelters and organizations.
Once we have found a charity in your area able to come and pick up the mattress, we will contact you and let you know the name of the charity and the date they will arrive. It's that easy!
