Business Development Manager

Position Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated Sales person to focus on new growth opportunities.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Focus on new business development and growing existing accounts.
  • Research target companies and network internally and externally to identify new prospect leads.
  • Meet defined sales goals and objectives.
  • Provide backup for other Sales team members.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly Sales Reports and support monthly, quarterly and annual forecast development.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS degree preferred with a business major.
  • 3-5 years experience in Business Development, Sales, e-Commerce, or other relevant experience may be substituted.
  • Experience building relationships, negotiating and communicating with customers, vendors, and other key decision-makers both internally and externally.
  • Prior experience managing others preferred.
  • Experience working in a highly accountable work place.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast pace environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, human relations, and problem solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work and play hard and smart.
